Our first shop, in the Victorian glass-roofed Great Western Arcade in Birmingham city centre. Over a hundred independent brands across skincare, candles, jewellery, cards, prints, tea and gifts — most of them made by people you can actually meet.

Getting here

Great Western Arcade runs between Colmore Row and Temple Row, a two-minute walk from Snow Hill station and about eight minutes from New Street. The nearest car parks are Snow Hill and Colmore Row.

Order online and choose collection at Birmingham at checkout. We will have it ready within 24 hours — bring your confirmation email. There is no charge for collection.

What you will find

The shelves change constantly as brands join us and sell through, so the shop is rarely the same twice. Everything you see in store is stocked by an independent business, and our team can tell you who made it and why. If something has sold out online, it is often still on the shelf here.
