    Where most brands start. Shelf space in Birmingham or Solihull, merchandised and sold by our team, your products listed on indespoke.com, and sales reporting so you know what moves. 20% commission on what we sell for you.

    Not ready for a shelf yet. Member profile, access to the member network, and first sight of opportunities, events and pop-up slots. No shelf, no commission, rolling month to month.

What we ask of Retail Membership brands

  • One day in store a month

    On the floor, with your products, talking to customers. This is the part that makes the difference and the part we hold you to.

  • Keep your space stocked

    When we flag a line as running low, we need it replenished within seven days.

  • Tell your own audience

    At least one post a month naming the shop, so the people who already follow you know where to find you.

  • Come to the quarterly meet-up

    Brands, the team, and what's working across both shops. One scheduled touchpoint a quarter, not a weekly commitment.

A shelf on its own doesn't grow a brand — the work around it does. That's why taking part is a condition of Retail Membership rather than an optional extra.

What Indespoke is

A shop that sells your work

Indespoke is a retail and creative enterprise hub. We run two shops, one in Birmingham and one in Solihull, and between them they carry the work of over 100 independent brands. We sell things, and we want to sell yours.

You keep ownership of your stock until it sells. We pay you monthly.

Rolling — Membership only: member profile, network access, first sight of opportunities. No shelf.

Retail Membership

£70/month

Three-month term — Shelf space, online listing, sales reporting, network access and 20% commission. Participation required.

Featured Brand

£50/week

Three-month minimum — A designated branded bay you stock and merchandise yourself. 10% transaction fee, online listing, no time on site required.

Shop Floor Residency

From £30 per trading day

Three-month term, minimum two days a week — be present and sell your own products on our floor, using your own card machine or ours.

Pop-Up Activation Days

Single day — Trade, launch, demo, sample or run a session.

Questions — FAQ

Things you may want to know

Yes. Every brand needs cover in place. Send your certificate with your product list.
Monthly by bank transfer, commission already deducted, with a statement showing what sold.
Enough to fill your space and keep it filled. If a line runs low we flag it and you have seven days to replenish. Space limits are in the onboarding pack.
It comes down to who does the work. On Retail Membership we merchandise your products and sell them for you, and you take part in supporting the in-store experience. On a Featured Brand bay you stock, merchandise and maintain the space yourself, and you don't need to be on site. Either way you're a member, so you get access to our community hub on Mighty Networks; on Retail Membership we also run accountability check-ins against your participation commitments. Shorthand: 20% and you show up, or 10% and you run your own bay.
20% where we do the selling. 10% on a Featured Brand bay, because you're doing the merchandising but still using our POS. If you're present and selling your own products on a residency day or pop-up you can use your own card machine and we take nothing at all.
Yes, subject to space. Each shop is a separate space fee, and we'll talk through whether your range suits both floors before you commit to a second one.
Explore is rolling, so you can stop at the end of any month. Shelf pathways run a three-month minimum term and then continue month to month. Notice periods and stock collection windows are set out in your agreement.
